"Shelli was absolutely phenomenal at helping us find “our” house. Even though we were on a somewhat restricted timeline, she didn’t ever try to talk us into homes that weren’t what we were looking for (in fact, quite the opposite- she talked us OUT of several homes.) She has the ability to see past what is to what could be, and that’s big. She successfully negotiated our purchasing home (and the one we were selling at the time) amidst several buyers and knew when and what to bring up versus let it ride. We really enjoyed working with Shelli- we’ve been with her through the purchase of two homes and one sale. Definitely recommend."
